Demographic Data Attendance Attendance = Student Days At School/Day Enrolled Both excused and unexcused absences count against attendance Enrollment Enrollment can be calculated for specific dates/instructional days Usually highest around instructional day 40 Mobility Measure of how many students are transferring in and out of a school 100*(Entries after First Day + Reentries + Withdrawals)/(First Day Enrollment + Entries after First Day) Stability Measure of how much of the school year a student spends at that school Correlated to (but almost the opposite of) mobility Suspensions Only reports suspension records entered into student management system Dropouts Dropout rates by grade, ethnicity, gender, ELL, SPED, and Free/Reduced Lunch from 2006 to present.
